In this program you will practice coaching and get experience about team learning. The framework and topics for each session will work as the model of phenomenon based learning.
Work form is a combination of team learning, personal growth and innovation processes, while most important methods are dialogue and reflections.
The program consists of three sections with different sessions, and in-between-sessions experiments in the field.
