Project writing event to help structure the idea and bring it closer to implementation. It’s a 48-hour training event where teams (2–5 people) generate an idea, make a structure and bring it closer to implementation.
What?
This training event provides knowledge how to write projects, give information about forms funding programs and application options, create prerequisites for their use in real life.
The teams’ ideas go through different idea creation elements: creating a project team, development of a project idea, aim and objectives of the project, target group, partnership, venue, project activities and timetable, the budget, impact and visibility.
Why?
As a result you will get to:
- know the basics of project management and are able to apply them in real life
- know the forms and possibilities of financing, and are able to use them for project implementation
- be able to analyze project stages and anticipate possible risks
- be ready to implement the project locally and internationally
